Watch a film this summer (August 6th-19th) in the gorgeous Neoclassical courtyard at London’s Somerset House. Bring a picnic (or pre-order a Tom’s Kitchen hamper from them), find your spot, fill your glass and enjoy seeing the sun go down as a DJ plays live sets, before settling down to a film on the giant, state-of-the-art, screen with surround sound.
There will be a wide choice on offer, including three premieres: Gemma Bovary (starring Gemma Arterton), the much anticipated Man from U.N.C.L.E (directed by Guy Ritchie) and Sundance double award winner Me and Earl and The Dying Girl . Plus there will be cult classics, such as Withnail and I, True Romance and The Graduate.
* Film 4 Summer Screen tickets go on sale at 10am this Friday – 15th May – and prices start from £16 plus booking fee. Visit www.somersethouse.org.uk
